Cities of the Future: the First Round Table Within the ASEF Tutorial Program 2021/2022
After four months of in-depth work within the ASEF tutoring groups, the ASEF Tutoring program is organizing the first round table entitled “Cities of the Future”.

ASEF Tutoring program is a program that includes working with ASEF Junior Fellows in small groups in the form of independent research, discussion and writing papers on socially relevant topics, led by tutors in individual fields (click to watch the video).
In the 2021/2022 academic year, each of the six groups chose one of the goals of sustainable development, as defined by the United Nations (UN). Work on selected topics within individual groups will be presented under the title of the round table “Cities of the Future”.
ASEF Generation 2021 Fellows from six tutoring groups will take part in the round table with the findings of the tutoring meetings:
- Biochemistry and chemistry (tutor Dr. Zdenko Časar)
- Economics and Business Informatics (tutor Dr. Tamara Pavasović Trošt)
- Physics (tutor Dr. Sašo Grozdanov)
- Humanities (tutor Dr. Anamarija Šporčič)
- Political Science and Sociology (tutor Prof. Tomaž Deželan)
- Computer Science (tutor Prof. Ivan Bratko)
The round table will be chaired by ANja Hlača Ferjančič, daily editor and presenter at Val 202.
The event must be pre-registered by Wednesday, Feb. 16 by 6 p.m. Registered participants will receive a link to access the roundtable by email on the day of the event.
