Marko is an undergraduate student of Computer Science and Mathematics at the University of Ljubljana. His research interests are algorithms, data structures and deep learning. This summer he will be working with prof. Dawn Song at the University of California, Berkeley.
In his free time, Marko is working in the Artificial Intelligence Laboratory at Jožef Stefan Institute. In the past, Marko was part of the PKP project Solar Power Forecasting, participated the European Study Group with Industry, won a Deanís Commendation for Academic Excellence and received many awards from programming contests. Besides all this Marko finds enough time for other activities, he plays soccer, reads a lot, likes to go kayaking and loves to play the trumpet.
