Carolina Casquil graduated as an architect from the University of Buenos Aires. She has carried out different urban interventions in Argentina and Brazil to refocus people’s views on the city, its architecture, and heritage. She has also studied how the different configurations of space, in its multiple dimensions, such as houses, streets, neighborhoods, and the cities, affect the quality of life of people. From a very young age, the Slovenian culture from her maternal grandparents has been lovingly instilled into her. She is infinitely grateful to ASEF for the opportunity they gave her, and in her research work, she will invite both the Slovenians and those people who do not know such a beautiful country to rediscover all the architectural, cultural, and social heritage that Slovenia has.
