ASEF mentor Gašper Beguš answered the question of when can we assert that a certain set of information or voices is a language and could we thereby confirm that artificial intelligence has spoken. Beguš asserts that we do not have a good definition of language. However this does not mean that artificial intelligence will not speak one day or that it does not already know how to use the rudiments of language.
