About ASEF:
The American-Slovenian Educational Foundation (ASEF) connects young educated Slovenes at home and around the world and provides many opportunities for growth and development through its programs. The main programs of the NGO are the scholarship program for research visits to Slovenian professors at renowned foreign universities (eg Stanford, Harvard, Princeton) and the scholarship program that enables Slovenians around the world to visit Slovenian universities, research institutes and companies. In recent years, there have been developments of new programs that only upgrade the original idea (eg tutoring program, educational events at the global level), so we decided to increase our team.
Scope and location of work:
- 15-20 hours / week (flexible working hours)
- From home or at the location in Ljubljana
Payment:
- 7 EUR / hour (net)
Scope of work:
- Preparation of various texts in Slovene and English
- Preparation of demanding and less demanding materials
- Data collection and editing
- Preparation of marketing materials and implementation of promotional activities
- Assistance in planning, organizing and implementing projects
- Assistance in the preparation and implementation of events
- Other organizational and administrative work

Candidates are expected to:
- Self-initiative, organization, diligence, reliability and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills E
- xcellent knowledge of Slovenian and English
- Completed at least 5th level of education
- Good knowledge of programs for creating and editing texts, presentations and tables
- Knowledge of basic design programs (e.g. Canva) is an advantage
