Cities of the Future II
After the successful first round table and further in-depth work within the ASEF tutoring groups, the ASEF Tutorial program is organizing a second round table entitled “Cities of the Future II”. The round table will be held on Wednesday, 6th April at 7pm online. Please register here.
ASEF Tutorial Program includes work with ASEF Junior fellows in small groups in the form of independent research, discussion and writing papers on socially relevant topics, led by tutors in individual fields.
In the academic year 2021/2022, each of the six groups has chosen one of the Sustainable Development Goals as defined by the United Nations (UN). The work on selected topics within individual groups will be presented under the title of the round table ‘Cities of the Future II’.
ASEF Junior Fellows generation 2021 from six tutoring groups will participate in the round table with the findings of the tutoring meetings:
– Biochemistry and chemistry (Tutor dr. Zdenko Časar)
– Economics and Business Informatics (Tutor dr. Tamara Pavasović Trošt)
– Physics (Tutor dr. Sašo Grozdanov)
– Humanities (Tutor dr. Anamarija Šporčič)
– Political Science and Sociology (Tutor prof. Tomaž Deželan)
– Computer Science (Tutor prof. dr. Ivan Bratko)
A special guest of the round table will be (. 𝗡𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝗸𝗮 𝗖𝘂𝗸𝗷𝗮𝘁𝗶, Director General of the SRIP PMiS Operation (Strategic Development and Innovation Partnerships in the Field of Smart Cities and Communities) at the Jožef Stefan Institute.
