About the Guest
Tadej Maligoj is a UX designer and digital solutions architect. Over his career, he has played a key role in shaping user interfaces for major Slovenian companies, acting much like an architect does in construction: not just adding aesthetic value but ensuring that structure, purpose, and human needs align.
He is most involved at the beginning of projects, where defining the purpose and scope is essential. Through researching specific workflows, he builds dynamic user interface models that help unify understanding and align expectations between clients, developers, and end users.
Tadej’s favorite part of the job is immersing himself in unique work environments – whether it’s a night shift in a heavy industry warehouse, clerical offices at the Supreme Court, or an operating room at a children’s hospital. These experiences shape his approach to designing tools that improve efficiency and elevate the work experience across industries.
