About the TRP 2019 “Brain Circulation” Research on 24ur News Portal

On November 25, Vid Kocijan, a representative of the American Slovenian Education Foundation, attended the event Tea with a Reason “How to Attract Talented Slovenians from Abroad”, organized by the British-Slovenian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Office of the Government of the Republic of Slovenia for Slovenians Abroad and Internationally. 

At the event, he presented the research “Mitigating the effects of brain drain and strengthening the brain circulation mechanism”, which ASEF conducted together with ZRC SAZU SMI and with support of ARRS and MIZŠ (research project leader: Dr. Dejan Valentinčič).

After the round table, he also made a statement to news portal 24ur, where he stressed that even those Slovenians who do not intend to return to Slovenia are ready to cooperate with their country of origin.
