2020 ASEF Gala in Slovenia: The Black and White Ball

On February 1, 2020, the Black and White Ball took place at the Grand Hotel Union in Ljubljana. The collaboration between the American-Slovenian Education Foundation and Rotary Club of Ljubljana hosted around 130 people. It was a unique experience of connecting Slovenes abroad with Slovenes at home. The aim of the Gala event was to implement projects and strive for the material, social, political, cultural or spiritual well-being of members of the Slovene nation in Slovenia and elsewhere, or for the preservation and strengthening of their Slovene identity.
