Genevieve Gregorich

Bio:

Genevieve is currently a final-year PhD candidate at Columbia Business School in New York. Interested in the changing role of corporations in society, her dissertation focuses on why and how organizations and their leaders address sociopolitical issues, and the consequences of their actions on their reputation. She also explores how individual beliefs (e.g., zero-sum beliefs, self-efficacy beliefs) within communities and organizations shape important behaviors, such as speaking out on polarizing topics, engaging in collective action, and negotiating. She has authored case studies in personal strategy and innovation, focusing on understanding when and how innovative ideas emerge and what political processes organizations use to implement them.

Aspirations and Interests:

Additionally, she has spent the last two years designing and developing a method that helps people overcome cognitive limitations and realize their personal and collective dreams.
