SAVAS Travel Grants Recipient Arne Baruca, Ph. D. on His Research Visit
Arne Baruca, Ph. D. has completed his research visit to the Faculty of Management of the University of Primorska in Koper. The goal of this visit is to deepen the relationship between the two institutions, Texas A&M University-San Antonio and the Faculty of Management of the University of Primorska.
Dr. Baruca has already cooperated with the University of Primorska on several occasions. This time he met with the researchers in Slovenia to perform certain activities in relation to the current working project in which we focus on the functional food and purchasing factors that influence it. In the future, Dr. Baruca plans to increase collaboration between Texas A&M University-San Antonio and the University of Primorska both in research and pedagogical aspects.
The research visit was done within the scope of SAVAS (Slovenian American Virtual Academic Symposium) Travel Grants, a program that is organized jointly by ASEF and the US Embassy in Slovenia to promote new and deepen existing cooperation in the field of education, science, and entrepreneurship between the Republic of Slovenia and the United States.
